Vermiform Records

Sam McPheeters founded Vermiform Records in 1990. The label released 57 records, and was, at different times, located in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Rhode Island and California. At one point, the label had two employees and a small office. So it actually was a real company. Taxes were paid. Also, many people insisted on calling the company ‘Veriform’. This was never fully explained. In late 2002, Vermiform went bankrupt and formally closed.
